W2M2 BY LAWS

Conduct - All members of Wisdom Warriors Motorcycle Ministry (W2M2) will be expected to conduct themselves with respect and appreciation towards others both in and out of the presence of the organization.  Leadership will be expected to set examples for other members to follow.

Evangelism - As a member of W2M2, in accordance with the mission of the organization, are expected to take every possible opportunity to reach out and witness in a non-judgmental manner with unconditional, positive regard for other individuals.

Conflict Resolution - Any member of the organization that has a non-legal dispute with another member within the organization should attempt to settle the dispute as best as possible within the organization.  Disputes may be presented before W2M2 leadership and a private meeting conducted including the leaders and those in dispute, during which a resolution will be attempted to be found.  Any resolution agreed upon by all parties during this meeting will be considered final and all agreeing parties will be held accountable.  In the event a resolution cannot be found the dissatisfied parties will be free to pursue satisfaction through whatever legal means they decide.

Legal Documentation - All riding members are required to keep their license, insurance, and motorcycle endorsement current in order to maintain membership.

Notifications - All members, particularly the leadership, should inform a leadership member in the event of any of the following:

• Their church membership status changes.

• Their license and or insurance status changes.

•  Leaving a church and/or joining a new church. In this case a member may be given 30 days to declare a new church membership at which point a letter of good standing will be required by both the pastor of the church the leader is leaving, and the pastor of the church the leader is joining.  Failure to do so in a timely fashion may lead to suspension of the leadership position within W2M2 pending the meeting of this requirement.

Safety - While every precaution will be made to keep members safe both at events and on the road, the members understand that it is ultimately everyone’s responsibility to conduct themselves in a safe manner and operate their vehicles accordingly.  All members also understand it is not the responsibility of the organization to compensate any loss or damage of property, or any medical expenses that may occur during and/or enroute to events.

Attendance - Although all accommodations will be considered and met when possible, the attendance of meetings and genuine efforts to attend the events are requirements to maintain a leadership position within W2M2.

Vests - Purchasing W2W2 vest is the members responsibility and W2W2 will request the vest logo be removed and returned to W2W2 if at any point the member decides to leave the ministry.
